Imagine a city in the center of the real Tuscany, those yellow and green hills of lush olive groves exposed to the sun, perfectly equidistant from Florence and the beaches of Versilia and Liguria. Well, now imagine a welcoming small town that can offer more than 200 hotels, a large spa park, a medieval village reached by the oldest ski lift in Europe.
All this and much more is Montecatini Terme, one of the oldest spa towns in Europe. Montecatini Terme and the surrounding areas have incredibly romantic charm, making this region ideal for wedding and pre wedding photographs. The rolling hills, the medieval towns and forts, along with thermal park and the Citta Vecchia (Montecatini Alto) are just some of the pristine locations that are perfect for wedding pictures. Be guided by an expert photographer to discover the best places for Montecatini Terme Weddings.
If you are planning your wedding in Tuscany from abroad, it is likely that you have not seen even half of the possible venues. And, it is very likely that the one you have chosen is not the one that suits you most. A Tettuccio SPA Wedding is the best example that I can use as evidence.
Surely you know that the choice of venue is the most critical thing after the choice of a partner with whom you will spend the rest of your life. There is nothing worse than a bad venue to ruin a memorable event. How? Have you ever attended a wedding under the rain? You decided to get married in Italy because of its wonderful and mild climate you’d never want it to happen. But, in the unlikely event that it was to rain, is your venue equipped to handle this?
For this reason, a right venue is the first fundamental choice when designing a memorable wedding, especially for those couples who are planning a wedding from abroad. … read more...

Why get married in Tuscany?
Tuscany has beautiful and artistic cities, medieval villages and a stunning countryside. Couples from all over the world choose Tuscany to celebrate elopements and anniversaries, and many also choose Tuscany as their honeymoon destination.
Many couples fall in love, between white dirt roads and forest paths, others come for a wedding proposal in Florence, many others decided to organize and celebrate their wedding in Tuscany.
I am firmly convinced that Tuscany is the most beautiful location in the world where you can arrange marriages. Below you’ll find many very good reasons!

We had left them on the hills of Tuscany for their fantastic engagement session. We find them again dressed as bride and groom for their wedding Pistoia. Veronica and Massimo crowned their dream of love in the Montecatini Terme area, near Pistoia, on a beautiful and warm day in late May.
The religious ceremony took place in the church of Santa Rita in Margine Coperta. After the special moment the two newlyweds dedicated themselves to photographs, while walking along the dusty roads in the hills near Montecatini Alto and around the beautiful green lands which surround the site chosen for the reception.
The area is located in the ‘real’ Tuscany which is, in many ways, still little known internationally.
Montecatini is shielded from behind by mountains and hills, on which stand delightful medieval villages where time seems to stand still.
Further south the plain extends to the Palude di Fucecchio, the largest Italian swamp, a protected natural paradise. … read more...
Every time I have to photograph a wedding in Montecatini Terme, I must confess that I get excited. Being born in the city, I know it like the inside of my pockets. In fact, when I was studying photography I used to walk the streets frequented by famous photographers and look for new places to take pictures. Sometimes the whole class would go and take pictures as a group and each person had their own view of this beautiful city. In this city historically known for its tourism, here are three wonderful places to have wedding pictures taken.
Stabilimento Tettuccio: Located at the top of Viale Verdi, this is one of the most well known spas in Montecatini Terme. I must confess that it has lost its charm for me because I pass by it every day. However, I recently went and took my girlfriend. In her eyes, I saw all the wonder that fills people who have not seen this place before.… read more...
Letizia is a sweet, quiet and mostly shy girl. I met her the afternoon we took photos for the engagement session.
At the first chat with her I understood that, behind that delicate and kind appearance, was hidden a spit-fire temper, typical of those who perfectly know what they want from life and, in her case, from her wedding.
Letizia and Andrea chose a civil ceremony that took place in August in the beautiful, bright council hall of Montecatini Terme. A warm and sunny afternoon, a clear sky, an inner circle of guests, a simple and sophisticated atmosphere.
Before getting to the bride’s house for her preparation, I was trying to imagine the dress Letizia had chosen for such a special day: certainly I would not have imagined her in a “meringue” dress, definitely offsite for the occasion. I have to say that, when I saw the dress, I was positively struck.… read more...
Many lovers from around the world, often local, but also American and Asian, choose Tuscany as the location of their engagement session. What is it exactly? Photographer and subjects decide together a location and a theme for the pictures and then take nice portraits in the most beautiful spots in the region. This session may be just an opportunity to stop time and be celebrated in a particular moment of life. A snapshot of the path of a family.
Over the years, the engagement session in Tuscany has become for me an opportunity to break the routine of weddings. Spending some time with the couple before the big day let me know them better. I take this opportunity to understand their expectations and their dreams on their best day, to explain in detail how I will work during their wedding, to make sure they get used to my presence and that of the camera.… read more...
The previous year it was chosen by Jean-Baptiste Pastor and Valentina Marzocco to organise a wedding to remember. The two young descendants of Monaco got married on its top, in the church of Santa Maria Della Salute. Buggiano Castello, the protagonist of today’s wedding, is one of the few villages where you can still feel the authentic Tuscan atmosphere. As beautiful as little known: the world of the wedding here has not yet taken root. If you are looking for a quiet place to hold a religious ceremony and a reception in Villa to follow, you should consider this little pearl of Tuscany.
The country grows on the sides of a hill; the centre is completely closed to traffic, paved with stone. The houses are built in stone, and the typical vases with flowers peek through the windows. It’s like being in a postcard from Tuscany! Buggiano Castello is also called the village of oranges.… read more...
We had left them carefree and beautiful on their wedding day. Now, a few months later, we find them even happier on a beautiful day in early June for a new photo shoot.
The couple of the day got married almost a year ago in Pistoia. Although they were initially interested in an engagement session before the wedding, they had such a busy schedule that it wasn’t possible.
I ask them to switch to a honeymoon photo shoot in Tuscany. A service often required by couples from all over the world who we meet in Tuscany during their honeymoon. Married couples from Singapore, Los Angeles, and from the biggest capitals of Asia and America contact me for a photo shoot in the most beautiful cities of Europe. Often these services take place in the towns like Venice or Florence; for these newlyweds, I chose a more intimate location, away from prying eyes, to spend some time relaxing in the countryside of Tuscany.… read more...
Many people think that the photographs of the wedding are only static images and quite often gone out of fashion. My goal is to destroy this myth and take my wedding photos in a completely different way.
I always try to live all the love that’s in the couple and this is mostly visible from their spontaneous and natural gestures. Also, I want that the bride looks like a real model on the magazines.
I do my best because every single photograph returns the memory of a special day.
I’m lucky because Italy is a great place to live. For what concerns the photography, there are soooo many spots for taking lovely pictures here!! For instance, Venice has the canals, of course, so if you’re looking for some images around the water, that might be your best choice. Talk with your photographer to get great tips for your wedding pictures, no matter what Italian city you choose.… read more...
Even though it may not seem so at first, one of the most important decisions you can make about your wedding is choosing the right wedding photographer.

Doing this, however, can be a challenge! Every person you meet will extol the virtues of working with them.
Here are seven tips for choosing the right wedding photographer in Pistoia.
Choose a wedding photographer who is passionate about photography. Avoid people who view it as just a job. People who love their work tend to put more time and effort into being the best at it. People who are just doing a job, on the other, may be good at what they do but the final product lacks passion.… read more...
One of the great satisfactions of being a wedding photographer is to be requested also by colleagues and suppliers. In addition to having photographers as clients, we also had wedding planners among our most beautiful brides. That’s how I met Sabrina from White Wedding & Events. Her wedding with Andrea, celebrated at the Antica Fattoria di Paterno two years ago, is something I still remember with affection and pleasure, to the genuine emotions and the nice atmosphere we felt.
To become a wedding planner you must have been brides. Why? Because otherwise it is impossible to fully understand what is behind the organization of a wedding. Sabrina did. Her wedding was only the beginning of a career full of satisfaction. If I think of a wedding planner in Pistoia, Sabrina is the first I would entrust my wedding to.

Sabrina’s passion for weddings is immense. You can see it in the care that she dedicated to her website and the beautiful Pinterest profile, up to date with the latest fashions and the latest trends.… read more...
The only real and unique memory of a wedding day are the photographs.
Every detail, every emotion, every moment will be relived again and again through the images of that day that will accompany you forever. Over time some of the details of your big day will vanish, it is inevitable. You will certainly remember the excitement and joy, the most important moments, friends and families but maybe you’ll forget the color of the ribbon that enveloped the bride’s bouquet for example.
I know it’s a bit sad to think that the memories linked to the wedding will slowly vanish, but it is natural. Your couple will grow and become a family ready to discover and enjoy many other moments of intense happiness. It’s life.
One thing, however, will remain forever: the photographs of your wedding. A precious memory that will acquire invaluable value more and more every day.
Let’s think about how much time is devoted to the organization of a wedding.… read more...
Today I post a unique Tuscany Engagement Session. The location is my beloved Lucca, already background for many photo shoots, but the couple of the day is special. The bride and the groom to be, in fact, are dear friends of mine, and they will get married in September, in a beautiful Villa close to Montecatini Terme. For these shots, I wanted nature as background, with its predominant green and a familiar and intimate atmosphere.
Tuscany, in this, is unbeatable and I have found in Montecarlo di Lucca what I was looking for; large trees, dirt roads, silence and warm light: in a few words, the best setting for my most romantic shots.
Montecarlo is perched on a hill between Lucca and Montecatini Terme, an area famous for producing excellent wine and extra-virgin olive oil. Its territory is crossed by the wine tourism route created in 1999 which attracts many tourists and lovers of good food.… read more...
For our wedding pictures we prefer the warm colours of the sunset.
The yellow of the wheat, the dull green of the grass and a golden haze on the beautiful landscapes of Tuscany… this natural simplicity is what we seek.
This young married couple had chosen the countryside near Montecatini Terme for their wedding photographs. Among the silent streets and vast olive groves, the couple strolled, relaxed and excited for the big day they were living.
Often couples ask us for advice on the best light to take pictures, and we always answer that the hours near sunset are the best.
The photographs will have an amber light which is so romantic, and the colours of the sunset will marry wonderfully with the colours of the most romantic and rustic Tuscany.
Share with your photographer your ideas about your wedding, and he will advise you on the best time for the ceremony, for the photographs and the party.… read more...

Tuscany offers to whom decide to get married here stunning venues to celebrate the wedding. As wedding photographers, we cannot help but recall, among these, Florence, Siena, Lucca, but also the area of Chianti and Versilia.
Off the beaten touristic and more noble sites, there are little-known villas and historic venues in celebrating the wedding will be a unique experience for you and your guests!

The places of my childhood are among those that I will carry in my heart for a lifetime. That’s why the mountain and its colors are my natural environment.
Every time is always the same: once reached the destination, I get out of the car, I take a deep breath and I feel at home. I was born here, where life is two months a year: July and August. I’ve always loved September and October, when the last tourists leave and come the mists, the atmosphere, the colors and the cold.
There is no scientific evidence, but I like to think that my body and my soul have never completely disconnected from the places of my childhood, the ones of which I have the most beautiful memories. And even though I live in the another area of Tuscany, it is always a pleasure to come back and get the feel of home again.… read more...
We had left them in the beautiful Siena for their engagement session, and we find them back on a sunny Sunday in December for their Villa Rospigliosi Wedding.
Chiara and Daniel chose to celebrate their religious wedding in Pistoia, in a church just a few steps away from the house where the bride has grown up with her family. Here we found a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, the ideal for taking beautiful images of the bride getting ready.
Chiara has decided to wear an elegant dress from the Atelier Le Spose di Giò, an excellent choice considering the winter season.
The dress, in fact, covered her décolletage and arms; light organza on a classic shape dress, revisited with pink shades that gave this dress a touch of character.
The reception was held at Villa Rospigliosi in Lamporecchio, a place that offers wide spaces also for winter dates.
The beautiful atrium, above all, with frescoed ceilings and large glass doors, is the perfect place for appetizers and mostly, for a memorable cutting of the cake.… read more...
