A warm sun, sweet and mild nature, history, good wine: al in a single city, Montepulciano. This little town is in the middle of two beautiful Tuscan valleys: Valdichiana ans Val d’Orcia. Surrounded by breathtaking landscapes and sceneries, Montepulciano bears in itself more than the simple history of a small Etruscan hamlet.
Getting married in this delicious town is a choice many people, Italian and foreign, are taking more often in consideration. How could we prove them wrong? The building of the town hall, which faces the historic Piazza Grande, is one the most fascinating architecture of the fourteenth century and we can say the same about the Watch Tower and the noble palaces of the Renaissance filling the small towns of the town. Be guided by an expert photographer to discover the best places for Montepulciano weddings.
If you want to celebrate your wedding with religious rite then nothing’s easier: beside the impressive Duomo, Montepulciano offers many churches, one more beautiful than the other.
If you want to make relive old Tuscany in your photos, this is the right place. You’ll just have to ask the photographer to follow the less touristic paths and maybe get lost among the arches which lead to hidden streets , finding this or that view, run through the colored fields in the neighborhood, between a raw of vines or in the shadow of a cypress.
Girls living in Eastern Europe call it Love Story in Tuscany. It is a sort of engagement session to do after the wedding, with calm, once the excitement of the event has faded and the things to do are finally over. Almost a honeymoon session, but with a typically romantic flavour. A snapshot of the life of the couple, in their happiest moment. An opportunity to meet again two people who have remained in my heart, after almost a year from their beautiful wedding.
However you want to call it, Tuscany is the perfect place to take pictures. It is a dream to plough dirt roads and yellowed hills walking with the love of your life, under the warm sun of September. There are plenty of spots in this region, and picking one is not easy. I needed a private place, quiet and beautiful; these two guys had spent nearly three hours to reach me from Milan, and everything had to put them at ease!… read more...

Wedding photography is one form of taking photographs that must always incorporate love into every shot.
This can be an interesting requirement, but it is usually quite doable, since the subjects of wedding photography are usually head-over-heels in love with one another. Sometimes, a shot taken by a wedding photographer takes more than a keen eye, good lighting, and the right lens.
Sometimes, there is a step-by-step process that must be pursued carefully in order to result in the picture you want. This photograph is an example of such a process.
The first time I thought to take this picture, I was actually visiting with the couple that is featured in it.

What kind of link is possible among a little town in Calabria, a canadian city and the beautiful Montepulciano in Tuscany?
Maybe more than one, but the one we’re going to reveal is surely the most romantic: Francesca and Parker’s wedding.
Francesca is a gorgeous girl with typical mediterranean beauty: tall, dark haired and an enchanting smile. Her family, in fact, has its origin in Calabria, even if she’s grown up in Canada, where her parents moved years ago. There Francesca met Parker, a young canadian guy who, for handsomeness and posture, looks like an actor of the twenties.
The ceremony was last October in the magnificent church of Santa Maria delle Grazie in Montepulciano.
Why did they choose Montepulciano for their wedding? The couple immediately explained to us their love for Italy in general (being a contributing factor Francesca’s family origins) and, mostly , for the green landscapes of Tuscany.… read more...
I was born here, in Tuscany, among the fields, the hills and the sky.
Until my first day of school, I had the good fortune to live in the country. I have always lived nature and earth as my natural habitat, where I have always felt comfortable.
Probably that’s why my most beautiful pictures are the ones I took among the hills and the hamlets in Tuscany.
Tuscany offers me everything I need to take perfectly my photos.
Especially for engagement, pre-wedding and honeymoon sessions, where I’m free from the tight deadlines of weddings, free to design and create situations that I like the most.
My clients, who come here from all over the world, ask me about environment- surrounded portraits to take home.
What are the best scenarios for photo shoots in Tuscany?
The hills are the icon of Tuscany in the world. I cannot make a photo shoot without a photo of the couple in front of a backdrop of hills at sunset.… read more...
