Seville is one of the most attractive towns I have ever seen in my life. Perhaps the most beautiful of Europe! Utterly unexpected, it filled my eyes with genuine beauty and shot me in the heart! Its narrow streets, the orange trees, the history that you breathe everywhere and its loving, friendly people made me feel at home for a few days. I definitely could live here!
Seville is located in the south of Spain, in Andalusia. Very hot in summer, it’s better to visit it in winter, or in early spring. Plaza de Espana is its flagship: enormous, almost entirely built with red bricks, at sunset it gives its best. There’s no better place for a photo shoot; an engagement session here is honestly a dream.
Lovebirds of today are both very young. He’s a football player; she’s a fashion model. They both grew up in Seville. He, very elegant in his black suit, watched his bride-to-be walking in the corridors of the square with her gorgeous dress by Tot-Hom. Plaza de Espana, at sunset, was almost all for them! Tourists cannot help but be fascinated by the charm of these two lovers, happily in love, while posing for their pre-wedding portraits.
Portraying them here wasn’t difficult at all! I asked them to walk and chat while I was taking candid shots. As time passed and the light fell to sunset, they became more and more relaxed and the photos more gorgeous – if only that would be possible! Between grand staircases or in front of the potteries, I couldn’t stop taking their pictures. But sadly I had to! 🙁
Here are some shots from this Engagement Session in Seville.
