One of the reasons that makes couples getting married in Tuscany, besides the excellent climate, food and lifestyle, is its history. Tuscany is full of medieval villages that perfume of legend. Thanks to the exceptional demand for destination weddings, new beautiful venues were discovered every day and soon became a point of reference for international marriages.
Perched on the hills around Volterra, the Villa di Ulignano provides all the best features to create memorable events. Villa di Ulignano is tiny and informal, but large enough to accommodate dozens of guests, the newlyweds and their families, also for a few days stay. Here you will find tons of marvellous spots for wedding photographs, while guests are enjoying aperitif and meal in one of the many lovely areas of the villa.
Today’s couple decided to celebrate here, with guests coming from various parts of the world. Bride and groom got ready together with their bridesmaids and groomsmen, before seeing each other for the first time by the big tree in the backyard for the symbolic ceremony. After the vows, rings and a few tears, the guests had a great time in the courtyard, while I was capturing breathtaking wedding photos of the newlyweds in the most picturesque spots of the venue.
It wasn’t difficult at all, the bride and groom were both very friendly and let themselves be portrayed during a romantic stroll. Once taken the last great shots, it was time to sit down for dinner, where the family members and friends entertained the rest of the diners with funny speeches and lots of laughter. After the first dance, their best friends got crazy on the dance floor, where I greeted the newlyweds as they rocked! I hope to see them always like today!
